Hello RAP community,

I have encountered an issue with the table widget regarding vertical scrolling. I am working
against RAP 1.4 M4. The following does not work for me:

  1. Enforce appearance of vertical scroll bar
  2. Scroll down
  3. Increase table height

As a result the top table rows that were scrolled out of view are not scrolled back into view
as is the case in SWT/RCP.

Additionally, I have encountered a similar issue with horizontal scolling. If the horizontal scrollbar
is moved to the the middle or the right end and the table width is increased, the rows are positioned
properly, but the columns seem to stay in their original position.

Is this a known issue ? Do you get the same behavior ? Is that behavior expected ?

Thanks,
tibersept

Hi tibersept,
today we fixed a similar problem with Tree (actually it was an issue
with the new Scrollbar). There is a possibility, the fix in the
Scrollbar to fix this issue too. To double check the problem, could you
open a bug with a snippet to reproduce it?
Thanks,
Ivan

Just checked it... I think that both issues are fixed today in CVS HEAD
with bug:
334103: [Tree] Sibling items are not visible after collapsing tree
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=334103

Best,
Ivan
