SWT blocking AWT? [message #649128] Mon, 17 January 2011 19:31

Hi,

I have a very simple application that opens an AWT frame. When I add the SWT JAR to the application's classpath, the frame opens, but it no longer appears to receive mouse input, even though I am not (yet) running any SWT code. I tried setting the -XstartOnFirstThread VM argument at application startup, but it didn't resolve the problem.

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?

Thanks,
Greg
