Project properties Java ME->Library:
"This page enables you to select the libraries..."
However the list is empty. How to add libraries here?

I assume it's the same thing as Netbeans Project properties "Build->Libraries & Resources". If you add projects or jars there, their classes and resources end up in the generated jar.

These libs are included via an extension point.
