Hi, I'm trying to extend your AM3Core.ecore metamodel to define my specific metamodel of megamodel.

I need generate the .genmodel because I want to generate an EMF editor to deal with this specific megamodel but I have realized that your metamodel hasn't .genmodel so I can't generate it.

Is it possible to generate this .genmodel with a referenced ecore that hasn't a .genmodel ?

Thanks a lot for your interest about AM3!

But I think your question is more related to EMF features and so would be more relevant in the context of the EMF forum.

Anyway, don't hesitate if you have any question specific to the content of our AM3Core metamodel Smile

A good way may be to checkout AM3 model plugin source and add the
genmodel and corresponding editor, and then build your own editor on top
of it. You may then distribute these AM3 enhanced plug-ins together with
yours.
