WTP plugins broken [message #643568]

The WTP plugins in my eclipse 3.5 installation are broken. The Web perspectives have no projects in the project explorer, and I cannot create web projects or files (HTML, JSP, Java Script, etc.)

I need a fix (reinstall plugins), but I'm willing to report this as a bug if necessary.

Maybe you have an old JRE.
