Hi,
In the last version
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/modeling /m2t/acceleo/downloads/drops/3.1.0/S201011091046/m2t-acceleo -Update-3.1.0M3.zip
I didn't see the site.xml of the zip... I generated one and finally installed correctly the build.
That maybe could be useful for someone else:

Hi Sergio,
We've had a good number of problems with our M3 build, and don't really
recommend using it. You shouldn't run into any issue with Acceleo
itself, though, apart from the installation and missing sources.
The M4 build is due the 17, you should be able to install this one (or
update your current) way more easily.
