Hi,
for the errors in the org.eclipse.papyrus.def plugin, this is "normal" as the xpand editor developed for GMF is not fully working. It displays errors everywhere, even when the code is right. You should not be impacted by these errors.
For the error itself, it's surprising, as the org.eclipse.papyrus.core plugin depends on the sasheditor plugin, it should be found without problems.
Sometimes, my eclipse fails to clean and rebuild everything until I close it and reopen.
When you launch your application, do you validate the set of plugins or restrict the set of available plugins?
Could you also try to set your java compiler settings to 1.5 (downgrade from java 1.6 to 1.5). This sometimes helps the compilation for me.
regards,
