Report Designer perspective not available [message #638991]

I am running Fedora release 13 and installed BIRT 2.5.2 through YUM, as well as BIRT-GEF and BIRT-EMF as mentioned on the BIRT install page. Eclipse starts fine, but when I select Window->Open Perspective->Other "Report Design" is not listed. I am a complete newbie to Eclipse and I have no idea where to look.

Have you tried the allinone linux download?
