http://www.eclipseplugincentral.com/ where you can find '3rd party' plugins
(related to e.g xml editing, relational databases, editor enhancements,
version control system integrations and much more).

Yes, it's called WSAD and it's part of IBM's WebSpehere product familly.
It has a lot more featrures like J2EE and XML support etc. It also comes
with development version of their app server.
