Hi all,

I'm trying to get a model following the tutorial that I've found at http:// www.vogella.de/articles/EclipseEMF/article.html#emfeditor_ed itmodel, but when I try to edit my model I can't add all the children that should be available.

The only child I can add is from Ereference IsContainment property.

Is that depending from a particular EReference property? I'm not able to set Eopposite property for instance, I've got no idea.

Thanks

Hello Marina,

use the "Properties View" to edit attributes and non-containment references.

Thank you Christian,

I've tried to change some properties but nothing happens.
Moreover, i can't change some properties like EOpposite, because there is nothing to select from the menu.

I don't know if I need to change some properties or to modify the xml code in order to get a model like the Vogella's expample.

I figured out what the problem was eventually, I have to set the Ereferences in both directions end use generalization in order to get the appropriare children for my model.

Thank you again for your help,

Marina
