Hi,

I'm wondering if there exists documentation about existing workflow
components for MWE2?

I've found so far components of Xtext, Xpand, Xtend and some MWE util
components (e.g., org.eclipse.emf.mwe.utils.Writer). But even for the
last one I haven't found any documentation about its attributes. Do you
know of other components, e.g., for ATL or other M2M- or
M2T-transformation tools?

I'm aware of the following documents:
- MWE2 documentation as part of the Xtext documentation: However, this
contains only a description of MWE2 itself, i.e. its syntax etc.
- http://wiki.eclipse.org/Modeling_Workflow_Engine_(MWE) -- which seems
to little bit abandoned (and most links do not work). Maybe this would
be a good place for a list of existing components.
- the Xtend and Xpand components are documented in the XPand help (using
XML syntax, however the newer MWE2 files as generated by Xtext use
non-XML syntax)

Is there more available?

Cheers

Jens

- Open interface IWorkflowComponent
- Press F4 to view the type hierarchy

This reveals all known workflow components in the workspace. The attributes are then available by looking for set/add... methods.

Kind regards,
~Karsten

Hi Jens,

I'm not aware of such a compilation. MWE2 ships with some useful library
components. However, as you already pointed out, there may exist other
components, e.g. as part of OCL, ATL or other projects. Those will not
be available in your IDE if you do not have the plug-ins installed (and
indexed by means of the JDT index).
Did you try to google for IWorkflowComponent?

Regards,
Sebastian
