From 2 weeks I try to visit

http://rtsc.eclipse.org/docs-tip/Main_Page

with no result. Server does not answer. Can You confirm if it does not work for You as well?

The RTSC-pedia server was hacked and was being used to launch attacks of
other sites. We had to re-install a new server and restore the
RTSC-pedia wiki. Unfortunately, this is taking longer than expected.
We hope to be back up this week.

In the meantime, a snapshot of the RTSC-pedia docs is included in every
xdctools release and can be downloaded from here:
