org.eclipse.ant.core.antRunner application differences between 3.4.1 and 3.6.1 [message #630171]

Our project is attempting to upgrade from 3.4.1 to 3.6.1 and we used to automate our build process using the org.eclipse.ant.core.antRunner application. This build process in 3.4.1 used to generate a binary executable that you would run to launch the application. This executable does not get generated when ran in 3.6.1. Everything runs the same and generates the appropriate zip files with the plugins and features and what not but it is missing the executable to run the app. Just wondering if anyone knew what was up with that.

You should open a bug at
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=PDE& component=Build

Something that builds in 3.4.x should still build in 3.6.x. That being
said, there have been a number of changes, especially around build, p2,
runnable repos, etc.

Thanks for the reply, turns out it was I didn't have the delta pack installed. Not sure why that wouldn't come with classic eclipse installation but that ended up solving my issue.
