I don't understand what is the source of confusion here. Just make a separate MWindow and put your MParts in there as you please.

sorry, i will try to be more specific about it.

i would like to have a view that I can move on different places in my workbench and outside my main window by using the drag and drop functionality.

You need the DND add-on.
