Good day M2M/QVTO,

I am unfortunately constrained to use an old version of qvt.oml, but I need
to implement some black box queries in Java. It's rather unclear how to
proceed. Could anyone point to me to some examples, classes, docs please?

Thanks in advance,

I found some good pointers in '[QVTO] Adding custom operations for primitive
data types' above, so I was able implemented a custom library (together with
a Metainfo static inner class) and declared it via an
'org.eclipse.m2m.qvt.oml.ocl.libraries' extension. The referencing QVTO
resource/editor shows a marker/annotation 'Cannot find imported compilation
unit XxxLibrary'. I initially had a similar problem with workspace metamodel
references but was able to resolve them via the project property page 'QVT
Settings > Metamodel Mappings'. Is there an equivalent design-time mapping
or resolution mechanism for Java QVT library sources whose binaries are to
be deployed alongside the referencing QVTO resources?

Thanks,
