I'm not a RCP person, but I recall a project named AJEER = AJ Enabled
Eclipse Runtime. I think you need this one. Happy googling ;-)

I develope my RCP program as usual, but needs a two-step export process to
create the final product:
Step 1 : Use Eclipse Product Export Wizard to export everything.
Step 2 : Use "File->Export->Deployable plug-ins and Fragments with AspectJ
Support" to export the plug-ins that use AspectJ. Then use the output from
here to replace those generated in Step 1.
The recent EclipseCon has a presentation file that explains different ways
of using AspectJ in RCP. Download the presentation file from
http://www.eclipsecon.org/2006/Sub.do?id=229
