Hi,

is it possible to integrate a extensionpoint for a
bugtracker!

Usecase:

- Add bug ID in the commit statement
- commit is only allow if a open bug exists

Greetings

Dear Andreas,

We have a special document, which describes Subversive architecture and
extension points:
http://www.polarion.org/projects/subversive/docs/Subversive_ Architecture_Overview.pdf
In particular it contains description for "Commit" extension point, which
allows to override the standard Subversive Commit Dialog with more powerful
and performing additional tasks for the committed resources. It can be used
to integration with a bugtracker.

The example of similar integration is a FastTrack project
( http://www.polarion.org/index.php?page=overview&project= fasttrack), which
overrides Subversive Commit Dialog by own extended one. See screenshots:

Best regards,
Igor Vinnykov

Thanks for this information.
As I am unaware of a Polarion Newsgroup here, may I tell you being
responsible for both, that FastTrack completely fails to work on MacOS X
so far ?!

Subversive and other Plugins work, but FastTrack fails with all kinds of
Exceptions. Only deactivating or completely uninstalling it helped to
resolve those.

I have not tried with Europa Final again, but since other Plugins like
Subversive alone worked with the same Prereleases of Europa, I can't
imagine much of a difference.
