I installed and played with EEF and it looks like a very promising.
I would like to extend or customize EEF Widgets and their behaviour. Is there any recipe/user guide/blog/tweet  with the best way to provide customization?

For the moment, the only documentations you have are in the Eclipse wiki.
If you have questions, the best way is to ask on this news group.
