When other user online,the IRosterListener.handleRosterUpdate called.But the
parameters roster and changedValue ,what is the online user?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, in the case of a presence
update, handleRosterUpdate is called with the changedValue equal to the
IRosterEntry that has changed.

The changedValue type is IRosterItem, which can be any of IRoster,
IRosterGroup, or IRosterEntry.
