As others have reported, the dependencies for VE 1.4 make following the
instructions at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/VE/Update#Install_VE_1.4_into_Eclips e_3.5_.2F_Galileo
pretty much impossible.
Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.

Are any VE committers monitoring this newsgroup? Is there any chance
that a version of VE that actually works with the Galileo versions of
WTP and EMF can be produced? Are there hard upper bounds on versions
that are really necessary?
