How do I move a control conveniently? [message #617083]

To move a control I either have to:
* drag it with the mouse, or
* type a new Bounds in the Property Sheet.

If I drag the control, it always slips a few pixels. Typing a new Bounds is a nuisance. Is there some keystroke combination that can move a control left/right or up/down?
