The standard java nature will copy all .xml files to the output folder (eg, my spring.xml files). But when I use the aspectj nature, these files are /not/ copied, and hence all my tests fail. Is this just a limitation/bug with ajdt or is there some setting that I cannot find?

This does sound like a bug. I see you've raised it in Bugzilla (126498) so
we'll investigate it there.

Matt.
