I am having problems getting the ve to run too. I downloaded and
installed the components from
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ve/downloads/drops/I-I2005 0710-200507102021/index.html
I have:
eclipse-SDK-3.1-win32.zip
emf-sdo-runtime-2.1.0.zip
GEF-runtime-3.1.zip
VE-runtime-I20050710.zip
I started eclipse with -clean and the create visual class is not
available. Under preferences it does not show a visual editor. I believe
I have downloaded the correct files. Is there something else I should do
besides just extracting the zip files? Do I need to register or import
something?
