Generate Entities Problem w/ MySQL [message #607418]

I am not sure if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong. I have 3
tables in a MySQL database that have the classic Many-To-Many situation in
a normalized setup with an intersection table between the two main tables.

I have my JPA project in Eclipse in the JPA perspective. I set up the
database connection and that is all good. I am also able right click the
project and go to JPA Tools -> Generate Entities. The entities get
generated OK, however the problem I have is that none of the @OneToMany or
@ManyToMany annotations are generated.

Please advise. Thanks.
