How to provide parameters to the OSGI resolver during headless build [message #604794]

I have a headless build, in which the eclipse.buildScript occasionally fails with a package uses conflict.

I believe I can bypass the problem if the resolver were more lenient with this situation, but I do not know how to manipulate the build for this.

Does anyone know?
