Hello out there,

I do not really know if this is the right newsgroup for my question, but
anyways:

I am searching for a technical description of how the refactoring
abilities are realized in eclipse (Abstract Syntax Tree, Static Analysis,
...).

Can anyone tell me where I can find/download this information? That would
be of great help to me.
