I was just getting into the ability to create JIRA tasks in Eclipse, when I realized that doing that for an issue in Eclipse itself requires me to manually insert into the description the typical header including the "build id" and user agent.

Is there any provision to make it more convenient to create issues in repos that have custom fields like that?
