I managed to corrupt my Eclipse install, so I deleted my configuration
history and re-installed 3.4.2 from scratch. Now I seem to have lost the
PDE developer resources - I can't see the source of platform classes, and
the extension point editor only lets me add "generic" extensions.

I tried downloading the PDE SDK separately, but that didn't seem to help -
the PDE source feature doesn't show up in the configuration, even though
the plugins and feature are in the installation directories. Could the
pde.source feature be disabled somehow, and if so how do I enable it?
