How can I retrieve the value of min/max Occurs in the following example?

<schema xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
<element name="test1" fixed="string" minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="unbounded"
/>
<element name="test2" fixed="string" minOccurs="2" maxOccurs="unbounded"
/>
</schema>
