I have a application written in java which can import data from csv file
into database. i wanna refactor it to an eclipse plugin, and i found
that maybe dtp can help me with it's open data access framework.
my plan is using ODA datasource instead of CSV reader and JDBC
connector, transport data directly between the two ODA datasets with
field mapping and some other controls.
but i am a really newbie to dtp, i even do not know how to start. i know
birt is a typical consumer application of dtp, but the birt project is
too huge to read, i need some light weight consumer application example.
something like step by step tutorial will be better.
anybody can help ? examples or related articles, any advice will be
appreciated!
