Please pardon a newbie question:

I have a requirement for nested column groups. That is, the same column
group concept as is currently in the Nebula Grid, only to allow column
groups to themselves be grouped.

I am wondering how to go about addressing this requirement. Here's how I
think the process would go:

A. Post this message, in hopes that someone would say "I've done that, it's
like this"
B. Create a bugzilla entry, with "enhancement" as the severity.
C. Submit a contribution for consideration, if I get it figured out and
working correctly.

Are these the recommended steps to address an issue like this?
