Missing 'Generate Java Skeleton' function [message #575753]

I do not see 'Generate Java Skeleton' function in 2.0.0.200908231911 or
2.0.0.200908021910 weekly loads. Last time we saw the feature was in
2.0.0.200906170711 (June 17th) official load. Any specific reason for
taking that out.
