As Eclipse Helios is getting close to the final release this development
is closely reflected by new builds for Object Teams.

I have released 0.7.0 Milestone 3 which is compatible with Eclipse 3.6 RC2 & RC3.
This means you can download either

your favorite http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/?tab=packages (select Development Builds), or
the current http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/S-3.6RC3 -201005271700/index.php

and add the OTDT using "Install New Software...".

If you start from the Java Package you can alternatively use the new
Market Place Client for installing the OTDT without needing to paste the
exact download URL. Just go to Help > Market Place... and search for
Object Teams.

Milestone 3 itself brings the following improvements/fixes:

Actually https://bugs.eclipse.org/310917 marks a small semantic change. If you are using precedence
declarations affecting callin after method bindings, you should consult http://www.objectteams.org/def/1.3/s4.html#s4.8.a
A corresponding quick fix has been added in https://bugs.eclipse.org/313804
