How does Mylyn determine the email addresses available when completing Bugzilla fields? [message #573279]

I have noticed that fields that take an email address in Bugzilla forms,
such as cc:, allow you to complete email addresses using ctrl+space.
Where is the list obtained from? I would like it to learn from other
email addresses I have used. Also, I would like to correct one address
it keeps suggesting, which is mine - the official spelling for my
address in Bugzilla is with capital "D" and "W" but the assist keeps
listing it with lowercase "d" and "w", which generates an error message
in Bugzilla.
