POSITION: Inside Sales Account Executive=20

The Inside Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving the =
download business of Replay Solutions. The ideal candidate should be =
extremely effective at executing a transactional business over the =
phone, as well as possessing the technical foundation necessary to =
follow up with our download community in a consultative manner. This =
individual will be an essential part of the sales organization at Replay =
Solutions as they will be directly responsible for seeding the market =
with ReplayDIRECTOR. . This position will report into the SVP of Sales. =
The responsibilities include:=20

- Call into new & existing accounts to promote & sell ReplayDIRECTOR=20
- Follow up with prospects who have downloaded ReplayDIRECTOR and gather =
feedback=20
- Gather, prioritize & escalate issues from the download community=20
- Work with field sales rep to maximize account penetration within their =
target account list=20
- Reach & exceed sales targets=20


REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE=20

.. 2-3 yrs working in an inside sales role or technical sales/support =
role for a software tool company (ie: CA, BEA, HP, BMC, IBM, Symantec, =
etc)=20

.. Bachelors degree required (degree in Computer Science or Engineering a =
plus)=20

.. Possess a conceptual understanding of the following: Application =
servers, JAVA concepts & methodologies, operating systems, technical =
platforms/architecture, and the application lifecycle.=20

.. Must have excellent phone & communication skills=20

.. Professional attitude and the ability to work independently=20

.. Ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of selling software =
