Matt and I will host a few BoFs (birds of a feather) at EclipseCON 2006:

- one on Phoenix: Getting Started, tips-and-tricks and general usage.
This is aimed at Eclipse committers that use (or that want to use)
Phoenix for their Eclipse project's website.

- perhaps another regarding our website in general, for everyone to
speak up about our website - what do you like, what do you not like,
what would you change, and how you can help us make it better. If you'd
like to be a Phoenix committer, here is the place to talk about it.

- one about the eclipse.org infrastructure (servers and software running
this place - how we do it, tools you'd like to use, things we can
improve, etc. - unrelated to Phoenix)

If you have any ideas or specific discussion topics, post them here!
