Running XSD in Eclipse 2.1 M5 [message #565112]

I try to run latest XSD in Eclipse 2.1 M5.

I create a Java Project and then do a New-> XSD Model file.
The XSD editor invoked. but when I click on the "Documentation" tap, I got
this error message "The Source page hasa errors. Other pages can not be used
until these errors are corrected."

and it does not have anything in the log file.

Could someone please tell me how to fix this?
