All --

I recently ran across a weblog post [1] that points to a patent [2]/[3]
that specifically addresses AspectJ. Am I correct to interpret the MPL
1.1 and CPL 1.0 to mean that the AspectJ patent is licensed royalty-free
as part of the AspectJ distribution?

It would be great if someone who knows could speak to this directly and
officially.

Thanks,
