Is there a reason not to use update 21 now that it works? You ask for
advice and one of the foremost experts in the forum gives it to you. You
should try it; it won't cost you but maybe 10 minutes.
Download update 21 and unzip/install it to your local user. Then, wire
up eclipse.ini to point to it, according to the instructions at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse.ini, and attempt to launch.
If you have the latest and greatest on your host, it's easier to support
you because it reduces the number of variables.
