I have a report with support for 3 different languages . Currently I
maintain 3 .properties files with identical keys but different values
depending on the language. But when I localize a new label or something else
I need to make sure the key is defined in all 3 files.
It it possible to somehow exploit the new feature in birt 2.6 with support
for multiple resources to somehow maintain these language files better?

I am not certain multiple resources will help in this case. The feature
was added to support users who wanted one common resource file that can
be used across multiple reports and then extra resource files to
customize specifically for one report.
