Control Panel doesn't seem to offer an option to change my address. What should I do. This address no longer exists.

You're right -- we're not making this very easy. The correct way to do this is to go to Bugzilla (which is at the center of our universe) and change it there.

But I've opened a bug since we really need to make this easier. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=323999
