I'm trying to deploy my own version of org.eclipse.emf.codegen plugin by
wrapping it in a feature patch. But all I get during installation is

!ENTRY org.eclipse.equinox.p2.operations 4 0 2010-08-17 13:31:53.247
!MESSAGE Operation details
!SUBENTRY 1 org.eclipse.equinox.p2.operations 4 10011 2010-08-17
13:31:53.247
!MESSAGE "Patch for org.eclipse.emf.codegen feature" is not applicable
to the current configuration and will not be installed.

I set version of my org.eclipse.emf.codegen plugin to
2.6.1.201008171327, whereas version installed in Eclipse is
2.6.0.v20100614-1136. My feature patch version is 1.0.0.201008171327 and
it is a patch for feature org.eclipse.emf.codegen version
2.6.0.v20100614-1136 (original feature and plugin have the same name and
version).

Is there something I'm not doing right?

Michal
