Is this a feature or a bug?

I upgraded to Helios and since then I don't see any svn (subversive) console any more. I'm missing the console output for updates and commits.

Is there any configuration that might bring this back to me?

Never mind, I found the controls in the preferences.

Preference->Team->SVN->Console

Don't know why I did not look there first. Because Console is already in other places? And why did it change my settings from the previous version?
