Selection problem of elements within compartments [message #550145] Thu, 29 July 2010 09:36 Go to next message

Hello,

I use two compartments within an element (rectangle one). Everything is
displayed but I can't select elements in compartments in order to resize
or move them. However I can edit and update labels of elements.

Any idea of the cause of the problem? Thanks very much for your help!

Hi Thierry,

take a look at the GMF Recipes: http://wiki.eclipse.org/GMF/Recipes

There's a example how to reorder child elements in a compartment, therefore they're selectable.
I'm not sure if you can resize the elements by implementing this example, if it's not possible maybe editing the flow-layout (from the example) can help.

Regards,
