Hi all,
I would like to run the SWT examples from Eclipse as indicated on http://www.eclipse.org/swt/examples.php
I followed the steps as prescribed. I followed the link and downloaded the (win32) 3.6 release (timestamp 2010-06-08T09:11).
At step 3, I downloaded the examples repo (org.eclipse.sdk.examples-3.6.zip).

However, when indicating that file as an Archive in Help > Install New Software, the "Work with" field contains "org.eclipse.sdk.examples Repo - jar:file:/D:/data/workspace/source/org.eclipse.sdk.examples- 3.6.zip!/ " but there is no feature to select. The Next and Finish buttons remain disabled.

I don't succeed in doing exactly what the paragraph on installing the examples at http:// download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.6-201006080 911/details.php#ExamplePlugins says. At some point, I should be prompted to restart, which is in itself surprising as with all other plugin installations I've made so far, I had to select features first.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Is the step-by-step breakdown correct? Or am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

I tried out the steps under "Running the SWT Examples inside Eclipse" in this page -- http://www.eclipse.org/swt/examples.php. In the Install dialog, when I un-check the "group items by category" I can see the features.
