What you call that thing containing Package Explaorer View
and Plugins view and having a toolbar ?

when they are minimize they can appear left, right,bottom , and you can drag it to from here to there.

I hope some body can understand what I am talking about,and help to explain the concepts relate.

beacuse I am confused, there is only setShowToolBar() setShowStatusLine() and setShowCoolBar()
and setShowFastViewBar
then what about the toolbar appear at left and right ?

use English to express my question is so hard for me ! Sad

Can you tell me where to find documentation about how to use DTP in RCP applications ?

I just want to use DSE in my RCP app to provide database connections

You're welcome and no worries.

We have an example RCP app with DTP in it in the DTP CVS repository:

org.eclipse.datatools.enablement/plugins/org.eclipse.datatoo ls.enablement.rcp
in dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/datatools

Hopefully that will be enough to get you started.
