I did some research and found out that there are two way, jQueryWTP plugin, which works on top of WTP but hasn't been updated since 2008. I assume it will not be compatible with the latest WTP.
Aptana, a plugin for eclipse. I heard several different problems that happened when using this plugin.

What is the recommended way to develop jquery on eclipse?
