Hello All
I have been using eclipse ( not for long ) to help in producing some fairly simple perl cgi based web apps for the company i work for , one thing I realy struggle with is producing css based page layouts which work properly across the numerous browser types and versions, what tools/plugins are availible in eclipse to help produce robust css layouts.
