Does the current manifest/plugin editor have a way to enter a plugin description? If not, does anyone know of a plugin that adds this functionality?

In my imagination it would be a separate tab that contains a text area, a little bit like what you find in the product editor on the licensing tab (though without the URL).

Thanks,

Jon

Hi

I assume you want to store the description in the OSGi header
'Bundle-Description'.

For now: open MANIFEST.MF with the text editor and enter the description.

For the future: why don't you file a feature request in bugzilla [1]?
