I'm probably the millionth person asking this question, which makes it even more strange that it's still not there (I think I've seen posts from 2004 with the same question): Where can I find the Multiline / Block Search and Replace (PHP), without the need to use regex? Just like in DreamWeaver and other editors.

Is there maybe an extension I can install that will get me a Search function like the one below?

I've read about aptana, but they went back to one line with regex:
